This has been a wishlist cel of mines ever since I first started collecting cels. I've always found it humorous that Milk and Leska don a senshi outfit in order to punish their boyfriends. What's a bonus for me is that she's also spoofing Sailor Moon's traditional "I'll punish you" pose.
